Is it really free to advertise my property online with Forget About Agents?
Yes! It is 100% free to start a basic listing for your property and for a limited time only! All you will need to do is spend about a minute creating your Forget About Agents account and you will be ready to list your house. We will never require any card details or payment for the basic listing service and there are absolutely no hidden fees.
What does the basic listing include?
Our basic listing includes a description of the property, as well as individual room descriptions, one thumbnail and three large images of the property and allows you to advertise your contact details.
Which services am I able to pay for?
On completing your basic listing you will be provided with the option to add enhanced listing features and purchase other services from Forget About Agents. For example, you can enhance your listing by paying to have it featured on our website, or by displaying a for sale sign on the property.
What is a featured listing?
Featured listings are displayed on the homepage and the other high-traffic pages of the site - enhance your listing with this feature and receive the maximum exposure for your property on our website.
I don't know anything about selling my house privately. How can I be confident in resolving any legal matters?
Part of our service to you, as a Forget About Agents user, is to provide you with all of the necessary contacts and information to help you buy or sell property privately and with security. To request a Buying/Selling Guide, please contact us.
I have a sole agency agreement with an estate agent; can I list my house on Forget About Agents?
Yes, a sole agency agreement does not stop the owner personally advertising their house and selling it privately. Make sure the agreement does not contain the expression 'sole selling rights', which would be unlikely since the Unfair Contract Terms Act came into force.
I would like to advertise my business on Forget About Agents. How can I do this?
